The large, comfortable room was impeccably clean, and I appreciated the the beachfront towel service. The attentive staff were always ready to assist with recommendations for local dining options and transportation.

The staff was kind as could be, makin' us feel right at home. I loved the cozy little kitchenette-it was perfect for makin' my morning coffee. The location was spot on, just a stone's throw from the beach and all them tasty restaurants. Real nice stay!

Every detail of the hotel was awesome, all the staff were exceptionally friendly and amicable. The room with kitchenette. The property had a favourable location just walking distance from Vip Holbox Experience.

Security around luggage storage needs serious enhancement!!! The lack of hot water consistently while showering is frustrating!!! Dining options after hours are practically nonexistent, unacceptable for a hotel of this type!!!

Separate room with good aircon and balcony, as example. Good and unbeatable location, walking distance to everywhere. Also, easy to get to Holbox Island...

The room had a lovely balcony overlooking the lush garden.

The pool area felt cramped, as the trees were too large and the sunbeds were placed too close together, limiting movement.

Can't recommend highly enough for short visits

Comfortable accommodation, convenient location, with a great pool area to unwind after exploring nearby shops and restaurants, all just a short bike ride from the nearest beach.

Rooms are spacious with a nice kitchenette. Noise from other guests affected our stay.

I loved lounging in the serene courtyard and splashing around in the pool after our beach adventures. The massage services and spacious garden area added to our relaxation. Just a heads up, check ahead for transportation options as they weren't super clear when we needed help getting to Chiquila 😊

my stay was fantastic, as it was just a short walk to the charming muelle de holbox and the fine beach, providing endless opportunities for leisurely strolls and amazing views during my weekend getaway.

Spacious room with nice amenities like tea and coffee facilities. The location is excellent, just a short walk to shops and restaurants. The swimming pool area was often crowded was good. While the staff tried to be accommodating, our breakfast orders were mixed up more than once. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the strong WiFi connection, but the high charge for a small broken saucer at the restaurant felt excessive and left a sour note. The infrastructure of the island seems to be declining, with trash often on the streets, disappointing compared to our last visit years ago.

The hotel offered a clean room that was well-maintained. The staff were friendly throughout our stay, we felt welcomed. I enjoyed the lovely pool view from our room which added a refreshing touch to our experience.

It was just a prime choice for a brief stopover in Isla Holbox with excellent value for money. The rooms were spacious with nice amenities like tea and coffee facilities, which helped start the day right. Make sure to explore nearby dining options as they were a delight and easily accessible.
